To make an order, please be sure to review your design (colour, size and choice of background) as well as upload according to the number of faces you would like on your design.
Note: The number of faces represents each unique face on a photo. If there are two unique faces (e.g. two different dog faces) on a photo, that will count as 2 faces that you would like on your design. If you want something specific, we highly recommend mentioning this on the notes of your order so we can communicate with you if necessary.
Due to the custom nature of these masks, we aim to get these masks shipped to you in 5-7 days. If you would like if done faster, feel free to jump in front of the line for an additional cost and we will begin working on your order ahead of everyone else! Once it has been put to the post office, you can expect it to arrive within 1 week for standard delivery and a matter of days for Express shipping.
Please understand that this also depends on your location and we cannot do anything about longer shipping periods if you are in a rural location. We ship via Australia Post on all of our orders to ensure you can receive your order as soon as possible!
These masks are not to be confused with medical grade masks at all. Do not purchase these masks with a misunderstanding that they will 100% protect you from any illness. If you are presenting symptoms related to the contagion, we recommend you stay at home as well as use medical grade masks. These masks are more about protecting others to help reduce the spread.
They are made with dual lining with polyester on the outside and cotton on the inside for added comfort while being able to block most small particles from entering internally. Although they should definitely not be considered medical grade, you can easily insert a filter chip into this mask that is interchangeable.
Due to the nature of these masks, they are non-refundable.
